The Real Reason Romney Lost

Now that Mitt Romney lost to one of the most unpopular presidents in U.S. history, the question many are asking is: Why?

Political pundits on the left and right are claiming that Romney appealed too much to the “extreme right fringe” and was not “moderate enough.”

The truth is that the exact opposite is true.

Prior to the 08’ election I wrote an article entitled, “RINO=GOP RIP” and warned the GOP not to nominate a liberal establishment candidate like Rudy McRomney for the simple reason that it is virtually impossible to win a national presidential election without your base on election day as 1976, 1992, and 1996 all demonstrated. Unfortunately, the GOP elites thought the pro-family/pro-life Christian base would hold their proverbial noses and vote for their candidate who was essentially a liberal Democrat, John McCain regardless.

They were wrong.

Obama won in an historical landslide.

Fast forward to 2012 and many of us warned that if the GOP once again nominated an establishment approved liberal like Romney that it would virtually assure 4 more years of the Neo-Marxist radical community organizer in the White House since, again, it’s virtually impossible to win without your base on election day.

But once again, the liberal elites who essentially run the GOP (Reince Priebus, Karl Rove, The Bushies, the folks over at Fox News, the Weekly Standard and National Review) rammed yet another establishment liberal RINO down our throats who was, from the very beginning, destined for defeat.

Obama’s base turned out Tuesday night.

Romney’s didn’t.

And why should they have?

After all, in just the past few months, Romney did virtually everything possible to snub the very same Evangelical conservative GOP “Values Voters” base ( whose support he would need in every one of the key swing states he lost last night) by:

• Refusing to sign the Susan B. Anthony and Personhood U.S.A pro-life pledges.
• Reaffirming his opposition to bans on homosexual scoutmasters.
• Opposing 100% pro-life, pro-family, across the board conservative Senatorial candidate, Todd Akin.
• Running pro-abortion ads in key pro-life swing states.
• Stating that “abortion legislation” and Chick Fill-A was not “part of his agenda.” (marriage, life, and small business not “part of your agenda?”)

Santorum was right when he said that Romney was the “worst Republican in the country to run against Obama.”

Having lost his own senate re-election bid by 18 points in 2006 by snubbing his own base (by supporting uber-liberal Arlen Specter over conservative primary challenger Pat Toomey), Santorum was all too familiar with what happens when your base stays home on election day.

The GOP elites should have listened to sweater vest Santorum.

So, how do we stop perpetually repeating this mistake every 4 years you ask?

Simple.

Christian and conservative leaders and grassroots citizens must make it clear that we will, under no circumstances, compromise our core moral and spiritual beliefs by supporting godless liberals like Romney for public office no matter how many time the liberal GOP inside-the-beltway elites tell us our 100% pro-life, pro-marriage, pro- rule of law Constitutional conservative Christian candidate isn’t “electable.”

When we set the standard based on God’s authoritative Word and tell those running to represent us that if they don’t meet that standard that they will not get our support, I believe we will get candidates who truly represent us.

I’m talking about candidates who believe that our rights come from the God and who actually understand that the primary purpose of civil government is to protect and defend those God given (inalienable) rights (chiefly the right to life without which all other rights are meaningless) and that every elected official at every branch and level of government possesses the same sworn obligation to enforce the imperative requirements of the Supreme Law of the Land.

There were obviously millions of Christians and conservatives who don’t subscribe to the utilitarian-secular-humanist and anti-Biblical “lesser of two evils” construct who refused to cast a vote for the most radically pro-abortion, pro-homosexual governor in the history of the Republic regardless of who his opponent was.

If the GOP is serious about reversing course in the next election they may want to run actual candidates whom the base will actually turn out for on election day.

Because, as Romney proved election night, you don’t win without your base on election day…

Time for Christians and conservatives to break ranks with the GOP?

The establishment elites who run the GOP over at the RNC and who are seemingly addicted to losing and who many suspect are merely a subsidiary branch of the DNC are apparently intent on nominating the Founding Father of sodomy-based “marriage” and the $50 co-pay tax payer funded abortion, the most uber-leftist governor in our nation’s history, Willard Mitchell Romney, come hell or high-water!

Santorum has stated that even though Romney would be the “worst Republican” to run against Obama that he would consider being the running mate of the man who single-handedly signed the death warrants of pre-born babies at $50 a pop as part of his “signature achievement” as governor of Massachusetts…Ted Kennedy-Hillary Clinton-Barack Obama-Planned Parenthood endorsed Romneycare the very model on which Obamacare was designed.

And recently we found out that Newt Gingrich has been meeting regularly in private with Romney the man who Gingrich has repeatedly claimed doesn’t tell the truth. Seriously?

And Ron Paul…well what more is there to say about Ron Paul? Guy’s pro-legalization of hard core drugs and prostitution, has “no problem” with “gay marriage,” denies the Bible says homosexuality is a sin, thinks it’s ok to murder pre-born children if an “honest rape” has occurred, believes states can alienate inalienable rights, supports open sodomites in the military, has no problem with Iran acquiring nukes it has announced it will use to “wipe Israel off the map” and likely the “Great Satan” (the United States) as well.

Isn’t it long past time for Christians and conservatives to break ranks with the pro-Romney Republican Party, RNC, Carl Rove, The Bushies, Dole, McCain, the GOP conservatarian cheerleaders over at Fox and the National Review and all the other fake conservatives like Ann Coulter, Laura Ingraham, Sean Hannity and Rush Limbaugh who have either endorsed or white-washed Romney’s far left wing record for the past half decade?

It is for me.

Time’s a tickin…

The proverbial hand-writing is on the wall.

The liberal elites who run the GOP have been on jihad since Reagan left office to purge the party of Lincoln and Reagan of those who don’t believe the Bible and Constitution are living breathing documents. (To paraphrase my good friend and co-author of our new book “We Won’t Get Fooled Again: Where the Christian Right Went Wrong and How to Make America Right Again,” Steve Deace)

I believe that Christians and conservatives who are no longer chugging the GOP kool-aid who realize that the Republicans and Democrats are merely two wings of the same bird both leading us in the same direction (away from God and His transcendent moral law) need to tell the GOP we ain’t buyin what you’re sellin.

Been on that train before (Ford, both Bushes, Dole, McCain and now Romney) and we want off.

Not taking part in the rigged 2 party sham anymore.

I can no longer support candidates for any elected office who won’t abide by their oath to protect and defend the United States Constitution regardless of whether they have an “R” or “D” after their name.

Imagine what could happen if 20 or 30 million Christians and conservatives decided to do the same instead of compromising their core values and beliefs and supporting the “lesser of two evils?”

With man this is impossible. With God all things are possible.

Cliff’s Notes for the Candidates on Law, Life and the Primary Duty of the President

I listened to the Personhood Townhall Forum last night on my friend Steve Deace’s national radio program and was very encouraged that 4 of the signers of the USA Personhood Pledge appeared on the show to answer questions from Steve and Personhood USA President, Keith Mason.

While I am skeptical of the varying levels of understanding and commitment to the the Pledge, I am greatly encouraged by the fact that 4 leading presidential candidates actually signed on to the Personhood Pledge which essentially states that all human life from fertilization to natural death are fully human persons who possess a God given right to their own lives which may never be violated by any individual state without exception.

But as encouraging as these developments are, it is clear to me that most of the GOP candidates (to varying degrees) sadly don’t understand the basics of the law, why civil government primarily exists, what the primary duty of the president of the United States is, and what presidents are obligated to do when courts issue unconstitutional opinions.

For example, Steve asked each one of the candidates as president what they would do if Personhood legislation were passed and the Supreme Court attempted to “strike it down.” None of the candidates were able to provide the correct answer. Bachmann said she would “re-draft” and introduce new legislation. Gingrich to his credit, came the closest, saying he would limit the court’s jurisdictional authority to review the legislation. But they all missed an even more simple solution which is that a president is obligated to ignore any unconstitutional court ruling and call for the impeachment of the judges who issued the opinion.

In an effort to help focus the discussion for the future, I have listed some vital questions that I believe should be asked of all the candidates in regard to law, life and a president’s primary function and constitutional authority as well as suggested answers which I believe to be in accord with the Declaration’s “Laws of Nature and Nature’s God” upon which the Supreme Law of our land, the Constitution, is founded.

If we are going to have presidents who are going to abide by their oaths, I believe we need to spell out for them what is expected of them. (Sad that we have to do that. But that is unfortunately where we are at in this country.) I don’t want to hear another candidate say that as their first official act as president they will “defund Planned Parenthood.” While they should be defunded, the first thing a president is constitutionally obligated to do is to criminalize murder of pre-born babies when individual states fail to do so. How I long to hear even one candidate say so!

So, here are the questions and answers I believe every presidential candidate should easily be able to articulate when asked.

What is the law? Any custom, standard or rule of conduct in accordance with God’s Divinely Inspired Word or the “Laws of Nature and Nature’s God.” As Aquinas said, “any law contrary to God’s Law is no law at all.”

What is the primary purpose of civil government? To protect inalienable (i.e. God given) rights, chief among them, according to Jefferson and the Founders, the right to life for all innocent persons.

When does human life begin? God’s Word says that life begins in the womb when the baby is first conceived and science confirms that at the very moment the male sperm inseminates the female egg a new human person is created with 46 chromosomes and a totally unique set of DNA from any other human being that he or she will have for the rest of their lives. Fully human and fully living.

Are pre-born babies persons? Yes, from the very beginning of physical development (at fertilization) the pre-born baby is a living human person made in the very image of God.

Does the 14th Amendment apply to pre-born babies? Yes. This is a self-evident truth. Pre-born babies are living human persons and are therefore entitled to the same “due process of law” and “equal protection under the laws” as are all other innocent human persons regardless of their size, skin color, or age.

Do individual states have an obligation to enforce the 14th Amendment? Yes, they have the obligation to enforce all Constitutional Law especially the God given right to life.

What is the Constitutional duty of the president when individual states fail to enforce the 14th Amendment? As the Chief Law Enforcement Officer, the president is obligated to enforce the 14th amendment when individual states fail to do so.

As president, would you abide by your oath and enforce the inalienable right to life for all innocent persons when individual states fail to do so? Yes

How would you do it? As my first official act as president, I would call on the states to enforce the 14th amendment and end all abortions in their states. If they failed to do so within 24 hours I would issue an executive order closing down all abortion clinics and prosecuting any murders of any innocent pre-born babies in any state where the state governments allowed the murders to take place. No state possesses the right to alienate inalienable rights, especially the right to life!

So is Personhood legislation not necessary? I believe the Declaration, Preamble to the Constitution and 5th and 14th Amendments already guarantee the inalienable right to life for all human persons which obviously include babies in the womb who are, as we have already acknowledged, fully human living persons and that a president needs no additional laws to protect and defend their lives. But I would welcome any legislation that would further codify into statutory and Constitutional law that all pre-born babies from beginning of physical development at fertilization are persons who possess the God given right to their own lives. In the meantime, I would abide by my oath to enforce the inalienable right to life for all innocent human persons from fertilization to natural death.

What if the courts attempted to “strike down” or “overturn” your Personhood legislation? I would ignore any judicial opinions not in accord with the Supreme Law of the Land and the “Laws of Nature and Nature’s God” as I am obligated to do as president and as all elected officials are obligated to do in every branch and at every level of government. Adams, Jackson, and Lincoln all ignored unconstitutional rulings and so would I. I would tell them, “thanks for your opinion. How do you plan on enforcing it?” The president’s main duty is to enforce the Supreme Law of the Land, not unconstitutional court opinions.

The GOP candidate for whom I would caucus if I lived in Iowa…

First the ones I would not be caucusing for if I lived in Iowa.

Rick Perry- Does great in commercials but once the script is gone I get that same feeling right before he speaks that I had with Bush…a very unsettling one at that. Kind of looks like Bush too. Way too many bad memories whenever I see this “tough talkin Texan.” And like Bush, his commitment to conservatism is highly questionable. Glad he signed the USA Personhood Pledge recently. The best thing he could do in 2012 as governor is abide by his pledge and end all child murder in Texas by helping pass Personhood. Better yet, he could just enforce the 14th Amendment’s “due process” and “equal protection” clauses as he is constitutionally obligated to do and end child murder now given he is on record stating that human life begins at the very moment of fertilization!

Rick Santorum- Phenomenally inspiring personal family story and one of the strongest pro-family/ pro-life candidates and the only candidate with the courage in the debates to expose Romney’s unilateral, illegal and unconstitutional implementation of same-sex “marriage” . (which the “fair and balanced” media have just coincidentally ignored). But his endorsements of pro-aborts Arlen Specter, Christie Todd Whitman, and the Founding Father of same-sex “marriage,” the $50 co-pay abortion, and socialist healthcare, Mitt Romney (over significantly more conservative Mike Huckabee, in 08’) is really tough to swallow. 3 endorsements of liberal pro-aborts is 3 too many in my book.

Newt Gingrich- The most articulate candidate in the race and the only one with an authentic plan to rein in the judiciary. His recent signing of the USA Personhood Pledge is also a positive. And while I can get over the Pelosi commercial on Al Gore’s “global warming” initiative which Gingrich now claims was a big mistake, his negatives are too numerous to overlook including his membership in the globalist Council on Foreign Relations, his endorsement of pro-abortion, pro-homosexual tax and spend liberal RINO ACORN-backed Dee Dee Scozaffava (recipient of the Planned Parenthood “Margaret Sanger Award” in 2008) over the across the board conservative Republican tea party favorite, Doug Hoffman in the N.Y. 23rd District Congressional race, leaving his dying wife on her death bed while she was dying of cancer for another younger woman, recently working with anti-Semitic Al Sharpton to promote Obama’s new healthcare initiatives which includes increased funding for the unconstitutional Department of Education, his statement in 1995 at the Center for Strategic and International Affairs, that, “The American challenge in leading the world is compounded by our Constitution…Under our [constitutional system] — either we’re going to have to rethink our Constitution, or we’re going to have to rethink our process of decision-making,” and his recent failure to sign the Iowa Christian pro-family Family Leader’s marriage pledge which I don’t know how any genuine pro-family Christian would not sign.

Ron Paul- Right on the fed, rolling back the welfare state, and nation building. But that is where we part ways. I as a Christian can’t vote for anybody who thinks individual states possess the authority to alienate the inalienable right to life, that sodomy isn’t a sin, who has no problem with homosexual “marriage,” who supports legalizing hard drugs such as heroin, cocaine as well as prostitution, and who has no real issues with Islamic Jihadists in Iran getting a hold of nukes which it has announced it plans to wipe Israel off the map with. Proof

Mitt Romney- The most far left across the board liberal governor in the history of the Republic. Hands down. Pathetic so many celebrity conservatives like Sean Hannity, Rush Limbaugh, Ann Coulter, Laura Ingraham continue to support this total fraud.

As governor, Willard Mitchell Romney: Unilaterally, illegally & unconstitutionally instituted same-sex “marriage” falsely claiming the “court ordered him to,” signed the forerunner to Obamacare (Romneycare) into law which includes $50 tax-subsidized elective surgical abortions including late-term abortions into law (3 years AFTER his fake “pro-life conversion,” boosted funding for homosexual “education” starting in kindergarten, opposes a ban on homosexual scoutmasters, promised the homosexual Republican “Log Cabin Republicans” he wouldn’t oppose “gay marriage” in return for their endorsement, instituted a quasi socialist healthcare plan endorsed by Hillary Clinton, Teddy Kennedy, Barack Obama and Planned Parenthood that destroyed the Massachusetts’ economy, forced Catholic Charities, the nation’s #1 adoption and foster care service to place children with same sex couples even though he was under no legal obligation to do so as even former Governor Michael Dukakis has acknowledged, increased taxes and fees by close to a billion dollars which destroyed the Massachusetts’ economy and opposed the Bush Tax Cuts, voted # 8 RINO by Human Events, passed over Republican lawyers for three quarters of the 36 judicial vacancies he faced and nominated 2 open homosexuals, criticized Joint Chief’s of Staff, Peter Pace for saying that homosexual acts were “immoral,” supports passage at the state level of the Employment Non-Discrimination Act which would force churches and other religious organizations to hire homosexuals and transvestites or face criminal fines and prosecution, supported McCain-Feingold “campaign finance reform”, McCain-Kennedy “comprehensive immigration reform” (i.e. amnesty), and parts of the McCain-Lieberman “carbon cap and trade” bill. Proof Does anything more really need to be said?

And now the one candidate I would be caucusing for if I lived in Iowa….

Michelle Bachmann- Of all the candidates, she has the most authentic Christian conservative worldview philosophy and record. I disagree with her support for the USA Patriot Act and hope as president she would help to substantially reform it. I also have opposed her support of abortion regulations such as the immoral and unconstitutional Ohio “Heartbeat Bill” that codifies into law that it is ok to kill pre-born babies (that the bill itself acknowledges are living human beings) without “detectable heartbeats.” But I applaud her recent signing on to the USA Personhood Pledge and am hopeful that as president she would fulfill her promise to enforce the inalienable right to life for all innocent persons from fertilization to natural death when individual states fail to do so (which happens to be the case, sadly enough, in all 50 states).

Bachmann is one of the only candidates to acknowledge that America’s economic problems are the result of our moral/spiritual decline and has not only vowed to end the Abortion Holocaust by supporting Personhood but also to champion a federal marriage amendment. That being said, life and marriage are nowhere to be found on her website’s “issues page” so I do have some reservations as to how much of a priority actually ending abortion (as opposed to regulating it) and protecting marriage would be in a Bachmann administration.

On the economic issues, Bachmann, a former tax attorney, who is the head of the Congressional “Tea Party Caucus” who vehemently opposed TARP is rock solid, and I have no doubt she would energetically champion tax cuts, massive spending cuts, and the repeal of Obamacare to help stimulate economic growth and deficit reduction.

Moreover, I believe she would also be a “peace through strength” foreign policy hawk in the mold of Thatcher and Reagan. She has proven she can win highly contested elections in a blue state and have no doubt she possesses the “fire in the belly” to go toe to toe with Obama in a national election more so than any other candidate barring Gingrich who would definitely be a formidable debate opponent.

At this point, if I were living in Iowa, given the very weak GOP field, I would be caucusing for Michelle Bachmann on January 3rd.

Some may say, “But Gregg, Bachmann isn’t one of the ‘frontrunners.’”

I don’t care.

“Duty is ours. Results are God’s.”

Why there is no strong majority support for any GOP candidate

Aside from the Kool-Aid drinking Romneybots and Ron Paul clones who comprise about 3 in 10 voters combined (about 20% for Romney and 10% for Paul) depending on the poll, the other 7 in 10 voters have shown now strong and consistent preference for any of the other candidates.

What explains this tepid and highly fractured support?

As a guy who has spent the last two decades in sales and sales management in the ultra competitive high tech software and medical device industries…I can tell you that the customer (the voters) ain’t buyin what the candidates are tryin to sell them.

None of the GOP presidential candidates have come anywhere near closing the deal not only with Iowans in the first in the nation caucus state but with voters nationally.

Why you ask?

Simple.

The candidates are talking but they aren’t clearly articulating what the majority of voters want to hear. And the heart and soul of the GOP, especially in the primaries, are evangelical Christians and Catholics “values voters.” Some of the candidates have come close to speaking their language but not enough to gain their confidence, trust and energetic, committed support.

Here are 5 major points I have not heard one of the candidates clearly make that I believe would resonate strongly with the largely unenthusiastic conservative Christian base who are starving for moral clarity and consistency.

1. The primary duty of civil government is to protect the inalienable right to life. None of our other rights can be secure if the right to life for every person is not secure from the very beginning of life (at fertilization) until natural death. As president I will enforce the 14th amendment to the Constitution as I am bound by my solemn oath to do which guarantees that no state shall deprive any person of life without due process of law and equal protection under the laws. As president I will protect and defend the God given right to life wherever and whenever individual states are alienating the inalienable right to life. The time to end the silent genocide (55 million pre-born babies who have been murdered in the past 40 years) is now! We can’t wait any longer. And as president, I won’t!

Our fathers, recognizing God as the author of human life, proclaimed it a ‘self evident truth’ that every human being holds from the Creator an inalienable right to live … If this right be denied, no other can be acknowledged. If there be exceptions to this central, this universal proposition, that all men, without respect to complexion or condition, hold from the Creator the right to live, who shall determine what portion of the community shall be slain? And who shall perpetrate the murders?”

2. Our Founding National Charter, the Declaration, states explicitly that our rights come from God and that governments are instituted among men to protect those God given rights. As president I will veto any laws contrary to God’s Divinely Revealed Law since any law contrary to God’s Law is no law at all.

3. The Supreme Court is the weakest of the 3 branches of government by design wielding “neither the power of the sword nor the purse.” No judge possesses the authority to rule by judicial fiat that it is ok to murder babies, that homosexuality or bestiality that God says is an abomination is “legal,” to change God’s definition of marriage which He Himself created, or that the government has the right to steal from its citizens. I will respect the court’s administrative opinions when they are in accordance with the “Laws of Nature and Nature’s God” but will ignore any court opinion contrary to it and call for the removal of any judges who issue any of these illegal and anti-Constitutional opinions.

4. As president, I promise to repeal Obamacare not just because it is an economically inefficient socialist rationing scheme (which it is). I promise to repeal Obamacare because government doesn’t possess the authority to force any citizen to purchase any good or service. Obamacare is bad because it is morally wrong. It’s unconstitutional because it is contrary to the “Laws of Nature and Nature’s God.”

5. As president I will veto any and all unconstitutional spending and propose a 10% flat tax for every American as well as a 0% capital gains and 0% corporate income tax. No American should pay more to the government than they tithe at church. And everybody knows that businesses don’t pay taxes. They merely pass them on to the consumer in higher prices. The way to grow our economy is simple. We need to drastically cut spending (non-discretionary and discretionary) and drastically reduce the amount government collects from individual workers and businesses (large and small) to make America more competitive globally. (But none of this will matter if we continue to permit the murder of 4,000 pre-born babies a day!)

The 1 major thing missing from all the GOP candidates’ speeches who signed the USA Personhood pledge…

This week marked a major victory for the Personhood movement in America. 4 GOP candidates Michelle Bachmann, Rick Santorum, Rick Perry and Newt Gingrich all singed the Personhood USA Pledge which states:

I __________________ proclaim that every human being is created in the image and likeness of God, and is endowed by our Creator with the unalienable right to life.

I stand with President Ronald Reagan in supporting “the unalienable personhood of every American, from the moment of conception until natural death,” and with the Republican Party platform in affirming that I “support a human life amendment to the Constitution, and endorse legislation to make clear that the 14th Amendment protections apply to unborn children.”

I believe that in order to properly protect the right to life of the vulnerable among us, every human being at every stage of development must be recognized as a person possessing the right to life in federal and state laws without exception and without compromise. I recognize that in cases where a mother’s life is at risk, every effort should be made to save the baby’s life as well; leaving the death of an innocent child as an unintended tragedy rather than an intentional killing.

I oppose assisted suicide, euthanasia, embryonic stem cell research, and procedures that intentionally destroy developing human beings.

I pledge to the American people that I will defend all innocent human life. Abortion and the intentional killing of an innocent human being are always wrong and should be prohibited.

If elected President, I will work to advance state and federal laws and amendments that recognize the unalienable right to life of all human beings as persons at every stage of development, and to the best of my knowledge, I will only appoint federal judges and relevant officials who will uphold and enforce state and federal laws recognizing that all human beings at every stage of development are persons with the unalienable right to life.

While many of the candidates who spoke at Mike Huckabee’s pro-life event in Des Moines this past Wednesday night spoke eloquently about the sanctity of human life and what they would do as president to advance a culture of life such as eliminating tax-payer funded abortions at home and abroad as well as supporting a federal human life amendment, none of the candidates pledged to do the most important thing as president they possess a moral and constitutional duty to do which is to enforce the inalienable right to life for all innocent persons from conception (when science has proven that human life begins) until natural death when individual states fail to do so. (which in our case is all 50 states sadly enough.)

Here is what I wanted even one of the candidates to say:

All of the candidates claim to be “pro-life.”

But if you really believe in the inherent Personhood of all persons from the very moment they are conceived (at fertilization) and that all abortions at any stage of a pre-born babies’ development to be murder (as all the candidates who signed the pledge claim to), then isn’t the chief executive officer of the nation, the president, obligated to enforce the God given (inalienable) right to life when individual states fail to do so?

And if the president is not as the chief law enforcement officer in the country…

Who is?

GOP presidential candidates all missing the #1 moral issue in America…

If you’ve been listening to the GOP presidential debates you’ve no doubt heard a great deal of talk about each candidate’s plans for helping create jobs, jobs, jobs.

Unfortunately, any discussion about flat taxes, fair taxes, 9-9-9 plans etc… are a waste of time without first discussing how each candidate would fulfill his chief obligation as president…to protect the God given right to life for all innocent persons in our country.

The Founders believed that the chief duty of civil government was to protect innocent human life. And indeed it is!

The first duty of government is the protection of life, not its destruction. Abandon that and you have abandoned all. Thomas Jefferson

That is why the inalienable right to life is listed first in our founding national charter, the Declaration of Independence.

And sadly, there’s virtually zero discussion in any of the presidential debates about how as president each candidate would abide by his sworn oath to protect and defend the inalienable right to life for ALL innocent human persons in our country.

The Supreme Law of the Land, the U.S. Constitution states that no innocent person shall be deprived of due process of the laws and equal protection under the law.

And with current medical technologies, even a young child can look at an ultrasound of a 6 or 7 week old baby and recognize the inherent personhood of that child. Babies in their mother’s wombs are human persons who possess the God given right to live.

As vital as job creation is right now, the main question is whether or not our next president will fulfill his chief obligation…to protect all innocent human life not what type of tax rates support.

How would he do this you ask?

Simple.

The president swears an oath to protect the inalienable right to life for all innocent human persons. If individual states violate the right to life for any pre-born babies by allowing them to be murdered in abortion mills, then the Commander and Chief is bound by his oath to intercede by prosecuting anybody in any state complicit or directly involved in the murder of any unborn child no matter how small or developed.

Individual states don’t possess the right to alienate inalienable rights.

If the president of the United States won’t fulfill his number one duty in accord with his constitutionally sworn oath to defend the inalienable right to life for all innocent human persons pre-born and born, any discussion about any other issue is to me, besides the point…

Because at the end of the day, I don’t believe any tax system will save a nation who daily condones the murder 4,000 of it’s most innocent and defenseless citizens…

• Unilaterally, illegally & unconstitutionally instituted same-sex “marriage” falsely claiming the “court ordered him to.” Proof here and here

• Signed the forerunner to Obamacare (Romneycare) into law which includes $50 tax-subsidized elective surgical abortions including late-term abortions into law (3 years AFTER his fake “pro-life conversion.”) Proof here

• Opposes a ban on homosexual scoutmasters. Proof here

Almost no one in politics or the media will admit it in public, but the GOP lost the Presidency in 2008 by alienating the moral conservative base that the elites loathe. Many stayed home or voted third party, rejecting a nominee who was in fundamental aspects a liberal Democrat.

That is why Barry Sotero — a radical socialist with Islamic roots posing as a Christian, groomed for years by Marxist revolutionaries, who hides essential documents of his birth, education and career, who campaigned with illegal funding from overseas interests, who as far as 300 million Americans can honestly tell, was born in a foreign country and (under the plain language of the Supreme Law of the United States, the Constitution) cannot legally be our President, who lacks even the executive experience of a night manager at a self-serve gas station — nevertheless sleeps in the White House.
That’s why. Do the homework. Look at the demographics.

There are millions of voters who will not allow anyone to force them to choose between:

A. A slick-talking Marxist with no papers, no real qualifications, who voted for killing unwanted newborn babies wiggling and crying on hospital tables (for the unforgivable crime of surviving an abortion),

And

B. A liberal Republican with no allegiance to the Constitution, no convictions about infanticide, or defending natural marriage, nor the right of every child to a natural human family, but who brazenly lies into the camera and magically morphs into a “conservative” before elections.

“Excuse me, sir; did you want four drops of cyanide with that Kool-Aid or just three?”
Hard as it is to break old habits, it might be prudent for Republican power brokers not to serve up any cyanide next time.

Remind me again why I should support the GOP?

Like many of you, I am constantly inundated with e-mails and donor requests from one conservative or Republican organization or another asking me to stop Obama and the liberal Democrats from destroying our nation.

And although many of these groups are correct that we who love liberty should oppose Democrat efforts to nationalize entire industries and spend our country into bankruptcy, I still can’t stop thinking about the fact that not one of our elected “conservative” “Republicans” in both houses of congress who are supposed to represent “we the people” and stand for the Constitution and the rule of law, have upheld their oaths by demanding that “President” Barack Obama prove that he is a natural born U.S. citizen (as is required under Article 2 Section 1 of the Constitution) by releasing his actual long-form  birth certificate that specifies what hospital he was born in, which physician delivered him and the time he was born.

And the GOP wonders why their approval rating is below a Marxist ex-community organizer with known friendships and associations with known domestic terrorists, anti-semitic “pastors,” and Jihadist groups?

While I think opposing carbon taxes, single-payer healthcare, illegal immigration, abortion, same-sex “marriage,” and gun control are all important and worthy of my support as a Christian and an independent conservative who has tended to vote for Republicans most of my adult life, will somebody please remind me again why I should support a party who can’t seem to muster the courage to demand that the current resident in the People’s House (The White House) release his actual birth certificate that he has spent over a million dollars keeping sealed?

Because if they can’t fulfill that very minimal requirement of their job to provide a constitutional check on a tyrannical and lawless executive branch, writing a check to the GOP Senatorial Committee or RNC to “fight Obama, Pelosi and Reid,” is really a waste of time, energy and money.
