President Obama and Governor Romney:

1. How do you both reconcile the vast majority of American’s opposition to government mandated healthcare and taxpayer funded abortions with the fact that you both signed government run healthcare into law with individual mandates and abortion coverage?

2.How do you reconcile the fact that the vast majority of Americans oppose homosexual scoutmasters with both your opposition to legal bans on homosexual scoutmasters?

3.How do you reconcile the fact that the vast majority of Americans oppose homosexual “marriage” with the fact that you, President Obama, recently came out in favor of it and you Mr. Romney unilaterally, illegally, and unconstitutionally implemented it as governor falsely claiming the court forced you to?

4.How do you reconcile the fact that the majority of Americans claim to be pro-life with the fact that you, President Obama, support abortion on demand including even after a failed abortion and you, Mr. Romney, signed $50 co-pay taxpayer-funded elective surgical abortions into law as part of Romneycare (3 years AFTER your supposed “pro-life conversion”) and refused to sign the Susan B. Anthony and Personhood U.S.A pro-life pledges?

5.How do you reconcile the fact that the vast majority of Americans oppose laws that would force religious hospitals to violate their religious conscience by offering abortion services and distributing chemical abortion pills with the fact that you both forced Catholic Hospitals to do that very thing?

6.How can you reconcile the fact that the vast majority of Americans oppose homosexual adoptions, with the fact you support it, President Obama, and as governor, Mr. Romney, you forced Catholic Charities, the nation’s largest adoption and foster-care agency, to place children with same-sex couples or go out of business (which they eventually did?)

7.How can you both reconcile the fact that the vast majority of Americans feel that they are overtaxed with the fact that you support raising taxes (letting major portions of the Bush tax cuts expire), President Obama, and as governor, Mr. Romney, you opposed the Bush tax cuts and raised taxes and fees by close to a billion dollars which effectively, in addition to Romneycare, decimated the Massachusetts economy?

8.How can you both reconcile the fact that most Americans oppose homosexuals serving in the military with your opposition to “don’t ask don’t tell?”

9.How can you both reconcile the fact that most Americans oppose amnesty for illegals with your support, President Obama, for the DREAM ACT and your past support for McCain-Kennedy, Mr. Romney, as well as large parts of the DREAM ACT?

10.How can you reconcile the fact that the vast majority of Americans oppose homosexual, lesbian, and transgender “education” with the fact you support it, President Obama, and as governor, Mr. Romney, you sponsored and endorsed homosexual “pride” parades as well as boosted funding for homosexual “education” starting in kindergarten?

Is it not utterly absurd to think that the man who designed and signed into law the very model for Obamacare and whose very own advisers actually helped craft Obamacare can be trusted to rescind Obamacare as president?

Is it not utterly absurd to think that the man who signed $50 co-pay elective surgical abortions into “law” and placed a Planned Parenthood board member on his “healthcare” advisory board (with no pro-life member) 3 years AFTER his supposed “pro-life conversion” and who refused to sign the Susan B. Anthony and Personhood U.S.A pro-life pledges will oppose child murder and enforce the inalienable right to life for all innocent human persons as president?

Is it not utterly absurd to think that the man who unilaterally, illegally and unconstitutionally instituted same-sex “marriage” falsely claiming the court made him do it will fight to protect the God ordained institution of marriage if elected president?

Is it not utterly absurd to think that the man who supports state level ENDA laws that would force churches and other religious institutions to hire homosexuals, bi-sexuals and cross-dressers or pay a fine/go out of business and who sponsored and funded homosexual/transgender “Gay Pride” parades as governor and who opposes bans on openly homosexual scoutmasters and who increased funding for homosexual “education” starting in kindergarten will defend religious liberty and parents’ rights as president?

Is it not utterly absurd to think that the man who forced Catholic Hospitals to issue abortafascients in violation of Massachusetts Law which exempted religious hospitals is going to rescind federal laws that seek to impose similar mandates on religious hospitals nationwide?

Is it not utterly absurd to think that the man who supports the immoral, illegal and unconstitutional National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) that was signed into law in the middle of the night on December 31, 2011 by Barack Obama that gives the president the power to detain and incarcerate any U.S. citizen without trial indefinitely is going to enforce the 4th, 5th and 14th Amendments of the United States Constitution?

Is it not utterly absurd to think that the man who signed into law as his “signature achievement” a quasi-socialist “healthcare” plan that was endorsed by Hillary Clinton, Ted Kennedy, Planned Parenthood and Barack Obama that includes $50 co-pay abortions and who raised taxes and fees by almost a billion dollars which decimated the Massachusetts economy and who opposed the Bush tax cuts will help create a conducive environment for economic growth as president?

Is it not utterly absurd to think that the man who passed over Republican lawyers for three quarters of the 36 judicial vacancies he faced and nominated 2 open homosexuals and who has promised to nominate more judges in the mold of Chief Justice Roberts will nominate righteous God fearing judges who will rule in accord with the Constitution and the “laws of nature and nature’s God?”

Is it not utterly absurd to think that the man who supported Lieberman-McCain “cap and trade” will as president oppose it?

Is it not utterly absurd to think that the man who supports “comprehensive immigration reform” (i.e., amnesty) and who supported Bush-Kennedy-McCain amnesty will be tough on illegal immigration as president?

Is it not utterly absurd to think that the man who supports unconstitutional gun control laws such as the Assault Weapons Ban and Brady Bill and who bragged about the “severely restrictive gun laws” he was partially responsible for in Massachusetts will defend the 2nd Amendment as president?

Oh, my bad, I forgot…Romney is a Republican and Obama is a Democrat.

What was I thinking about?

Ok…Must remember what Fox News, Rush Limbaugh and Sean Hannity tell me…

“Republican good. Democrat bad.”

“Republican good. Democrat bad.”

“Republican good. Democrat bad.”

“My baby-killing, pro-homosexual, crypto-socialist, crony capitalist RINO is better than your baby-killing, pro-homosexual, crypto-socialist, crony capitalist Democrat.”

“Romney good. Obama bad.”

“Romney good…”

Poll after poll has demonstrated extremely high voter discontentment with both the current occupant of the White House, Barack Hussein Obama (a.k.a. Barry Soetoro), and his likely establishment backed GOP challenger, Willard Mitchell Romney.

Question: Could the reason that voters dislike both men with such intensity have anything to do with the fact that both men’s virtually indistinguishable records and positions are so far to the left of the American mainstream?

After all:

One man believes he will become god of his own planet some day and the other thinks he already is.

One man seeks to establish government run healthcare with individual mandates. The other actually accomplished it on the state level and had some of his very own consultants help design the federal program currently being debated at the Supreme Court.

One man seeks to implement government funded tax-subsidized abortion on demand. The other actually did it at the state level as part of his “healthcare” plan that was endorsed by Ted Kennedy, Hillary Clinton and Planned Parenthood.

One man says he opposes same-sex “marriage” but has signaled he will attempt to implement it in a second term. The other has already unilaterally, illegally and unconstitutionally implemented it on the state level as governor.

One man supports special rights for homosexuals, lesbians and transgenders. As governor the other boosted funding for homosexual and transgender “education” starting in kindergarten, sponsored “youth gay pride parades,” supports ENDA laws that would force religious institutions to hire homosexuals and transvestites or be fined or forced out of business, and forced the nation’s largest adoptive and foster care agency, Catholic Charities, to place children with same-sex couples even though he was not required to by law.

One man recently attempted to mandate that religious institutions cover contraception including “emergency contraception” (chemical abortion pills). The other one did it 3 years AFTER his supposed “pro-life conversion” even though Catholic Hospitals were legally exempt.

One man wants to roll back the Bush Tax Cuts for the “wealthy.” The other opposed the Bush Tax Cuts, supports raising taxes on the “wealthy,” and raised taxes and fees by close to a billion dollars as governor which decimated the economy of the small New England state he governed.

So the question so many have is whether there is an alternative to the two men we are told daily by the establishment media and elite political class are our only two choices for president.

“Pro-abort, pro-homosexual, pro-bailouts/govt run healthcare, corporatist candidate A” or “Pro-abort, pro-homosexual, pro-bailouts/govt run healthcare, corporatist candidate B.”

Pick your poison…

Demican or Republicrat…

I have a feeling if there were ever a year when truly independent citizen candidates could mount a substantive and authentic challenge to the mostly hand picked establishment candidates from the two parties at every branch and level of government, 2012 may be that year.

Perhaps voters not willing to accept the premise that we must choose between “establishment candidate A” and “establishment candidate B” may have other alternatives?

Here are two (Laurie Roth and Tom Hoefling) that are running for president who are both solidly pro-life, pro-marriage, pro-rule of law Constitutional Christian Conservatives who appear to fit that description.

I have a feeling there will be other independent grass roots Christian Conservative candidates running for other elected offices at all levels of government as well.

The question is whether enough voters are willing to place principle over party.

We will see in the coming months.

The main reason why Obama’s “contraception mandate” is unconstitutional is that ALL of Obamacare is unconstitutional regardless of what the Supreme Court may say in June.

Obamacare (like Romneycare on which it was based) is a clear violation of the Supreme Law of the Land.

Neither the federal nor any individual state government possesses the constitutional authority to force (or mandate) any individual citizen to purchase any good or service. Period!

And that is the main argument that should have been made from the very beginning.

The moment Obamacare opponents ceded that any portion of it was constitutional was the exact moment they lost the debate.

Since Obamacare in toto is unconstitutional it should be ignored by every individual state.

Any individual state governor that enforces any part of the legally null and void Obamacare abomination, is in violation of their oath to only enforce laws in accord with the United States Constitution. And no governor has to get permission from any court to fulfill their primary duty as chief law enforcement officer of that state!

Secondarily, the HHS mandate forcing religious employers to offer free contraception coverage including abortafascients is unconstitutional not because it violates “religious conscience” or “church teachings” as many prominent religious leaders such as Archbishop (and Cardinal designate) Timothy Dolan of New York, president of the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops are claiming.

While the mandate may be in violation of both, the primary reason the mandate is unconstitutional is because it directly violates God’s Law…”Thou Shall Not Murder.” Period!

No law contrary to God’s Divinely Revealed Law or the “Laws of Nature and Nature’s God” is any law at all paraphrasing St. Thomas Aquinas and is the primary reason to oppose Obamacare and the mandate.

1. All office holders at every level and every branch of government swear an oath to God to uphold the Supreme Law of the Land, The United States Constitution?

2. Laws such as Obamcare/Romneycare or court opinions such as Roe v Wade/Goodridge which are contrary to the Constitution and the “Laws of Nature and Nature’s God” are legally null and void and should be ignored by all office holders at every level and every branch of government?

3. All office holders at every level and every branch of government have the Constitutional duty to ignore unconstitutional and illegal laws such as Obamacare/Romneycare and court opinions such as Roe/Goodridge? (Goodridge was the 2004 court opinion Romney falsely claimed forced him to alter and issue marriage licenses to same-sex couples in Massachusetts.)

4. Any office holders at any level and any branch of government who treat unconstitutional laws and court opinions as constitutional and legally binding are in direct violation of their oath of office and should be impeached/removed from office?

If you (correctly) answered “true” to all 4 questions then you have just disqualified the current occupant of the White House Barack Obama (a.k.a Barry Soetoro) and current GOP “front runner” (Willard Mitchel Romney) from holding any public office at any level and any branch of government.

The same could be said of virtually every state governor and every state/federal level legislator in our nation.

If Mitt Romney wins the GOP nomination and runs against the current occupant of the White House, Barack Hussein Obama, will voters really have a choice?

After all:

Obama supports abortion on demand. Romney signed $50 co-pay abortions into law (3 yrs AFTER his supposed pro-life conversion).

Obama supports socialized healthcare. Romney signed Planned Parenthood-Ted Kennedy-Hillary Clinton endorsed Romneycare (which now includes free abortion coverage) into law that was used as the model for Obamacare.

Obama supports “civil unions” and claims to oppose same-sex “marriage.” Romney actually implemented same-sex “marriage” falsely claiming the court “ordered” him to authorize alterations to and issuance of marriage licenses to same-sex couples.

Obama supports homosexual and transgender “education.” Romney boosted funding for homosexual and transgender education starting in kindergarten and endorsed “youth gay pride” events by issuing proclamations of support.

Obama supports forcing Christian hospitals to issue chemical abortion “emergency contraception.” Romney was the first governor in the history of the Republic to force Catholic Hospitals to issue chemical abortion pills even though they were exempt by law.

Obama supports forcing religious adoptive and foster care organizations to place children with same-sex couples. Romney forced Catholic Charities, the nation’s largest adoptive and fostercare placement organization to place children with homosexual couples or go out of business which they eventually did.

Obama opposes bans on homosexual scoutmasters. So does Romney.

Obama supports Employment Non Discrimination Laws (ENDA) that would force private religious organizations to hire homosexuals and transgenders or be fined or closed down. So does Romney.

Obama supports promotion of liberal judges to the courts. Romney passed over Republican lawyers for three quarters of the 36 judicial vacancies he faced and nominated 2 open homosexuals.

Obama criticized Joint Chief’s of Staff, Peter Pace for saying that homosexual acts were “immoral.” So did Romney.

Obama supports restrictive gun control laws. Romney does too.

Obama believes in man-made “global warming” and supported McCain-Lieberman “cap and trade.” So did Romney.

Obama supports “comprehensive immigration reform” (i.e., amnesty). Romney supported Bush-McCain-Kennedy amnesty.

Obama supports raising taxes on “the rich.” Romney opposed the Bush Tax Cuts which earned him praise from Barney Frank, raised taxes and fees by a billion dollars and instituted a socialist healthcare plan that has decimated the Massachusetts economy.

Over the past couple of months in discussions relating to my new book I co-authored with nationally syndicated radio host, Steve Deace, “We Won’t Get Fooled Again: Where the Christian Right Went Wrong and How to Make America Right Again,” I am often asked whether or not Christians should support the “lesser of two evils” Mitt Romney if he faces off against Barack Obama in November.

I have written recently on why I as a Christian cannot vote for Romney under any circumstances mainly because Christians are never permitted to “do evil that good may come of it.”

But for the sake of argument, I will concede the point that Christians are permitted to vote for the “lesser of two evils” and ask the question, based on their actual records, which the more evil of the two is…Barack Obama or Mitt Romney?

On many social and economic issues Obama and Romney are virtually indistinguishable.

Obama supports homosexual “education” in public schools. As governor, Romney boosted funding for homosexual and transgender “queer education” starting in kindergarten and sponsored and issued proclamations for “youth gay pride” events.

Obama and Romney Both:

Support state level ENDA (Employment Nondiscrimination Act) legislation that would force religious organizations to hire homosexuals, lesbians, bi-sexuals, and transgenders or be fined or put out of business.

Oppose legislation banning openly homosexual Boy Scout Masters.

Made promises to the homosexual Log Cabin Republicans to advance their agenda in return for their endorsement. Romney promised them he could out-gay Teddy K when running for Senate against him in 1994 and promised them that in return for their endorsement for governor in 2002 not to oppose “gay marriage.”

Have been strong supporters of “gun control.”

Criticized Joint Chiefs of Staff, Peter Pace for saying that homosexual behavior is “immoral.”

Opposed the Bush Tax Cuts.

Supported Bush-McCain-Kennedy Amnesty.

Supported McCain-Lieberman “Cap and Trade.”

Supported McCain-Feingold “Campaign Finance Reform.”

Stated that they believe “global warming” is anthropogenic.

Nominated open homosexuals to the courts.

So, I guess at this point, if one were keeping score, Obama and Romney would be in a virtual dead heat in terms of their support for and advancement of evil (assuming, as I assume most Christians and conservatives would, that support for and advancement of godless and immoral “laws” could rightfully be considered evil).

But there are a few major areas where Romney actually pulls ahead of Obama in the area of promoting and advancing evil.

Gregg, come on. Now you have gone too far! What are you talking about? After all, our leading celebrity conservative talker/pundits tell us all the time that Obama is the most evil president we have ever had. And virtually none of them in the national media has ever once even mentioned the types of “evil” things you are attributing to Romney.

Well, which is more evil? Obamacare? Or its harbinger, Planned Parenthood-Teddy Kennedy-Hillary Clinton endorsed Romneycare that served as the very model for Obamacare but went even further to the left of Obamacare in that Romeycare subsidizes free and $50 co-pay elective surgical abortions?

Which is more evil? Obama’s recent attempt to force Catholic Hospitals to cover “emergency contraception” (chemical abortion pills) or Mitt Romney who was actually the first to force Catholic Hospitals to issue abortafascients even though he was not permitted to by law which even Mike Dukakis has stated publicly?

Which is more evil? Obama who claims that he supports limiting marriage to one man and one woman but supports reciprocal benefits and civil unions or Mitt Romney who, as governor, unilaterally, illegally, and unconstitutionally implemented same-sex “marriage” falsely claiming the court forced him to and forced Catholic Charities to place children with homosexual couples, again, even though he was not required to by law?

On balance, I think a very plausible argument could be made that, based on their actual records and stated positions above, Romney has actually accomplished significantly more evil than Obama.

So if we as Christians and conservatives should support the “lesser of two evils” in November, does that mean we should vote for Obama in November if Romney is his opponent?

Something to think about…

Romney: “We need to repeal Obamacare.”

Obama: “But Mitt, your consultants helped us design Obamacare on the basis of Romneycare. While my plan didn’t include $50 co-pay abortion coverage like yours does, it still has the individual mandate!”

Romney: “We need to protect ‘traditional male-female’ marriage.”

Obama: “Well then why as governor did you unilaterally, illegally and unconstitutionally implement same-sex “marriage” falsely claiming the “court ordered you to?”

Romney: “We need a president who will protect and defend life and de-fund Planned Parenthood.”

Obama: “Well why as governor did you sign into law $50 co-pay abortions and put a Planned Parenthood board member on your healthcare advisory board (3 years after your supposed “pro-life conversion.”)? And why did you and your wife give Planned Parenthood money and give them extra power?

Romney: “We need to defend religious freedom for all religious organizations.”

Obama: “So why then do you support state level Employment Non-Discrimination Act which would force churches and other religious organizations to hire homosexuals and transvestites or face criminal fines and prosecution?”

Romney: “We need to cut taxes to get our economy moving.”

Obama: “So why did you oppose the Bush Tax Cuts and raise taxes and fees by a billion dollars which decimated the Massachusetts economy?”

Romney: “I oppose Obama’s amnesty.”

Obama: “So why did you support McCAin-Bush-Kennedy Amnesty?”

Romney: “I oppose cap and trade.”

Obama: “Well why did you support most of McCain-Lieberman Cap and Trade and recently state publicly that “global warming” is “man-made?”

Romney: “I oppose everything you stand for!”

Obama: “Kinda sounds like you and I actually stand for the very same things my brother from another mother!”

Not only is Barry Soetoro’s (aka Barack Hussein Obama’s) long form birth certificate a total fake, but it is so obviously a fake that it would be comical if in fact we didn’t actually have a Marxist “community organizer” sociopathic American hating usurper and his family occupying the White House.

Spend a half hour on youtube by doing a search on “Obama’s fake birth certificate” and if it isn’t glaringly obvious to you, I don’t know what to tell ya…

First, we were told that there was no such “long form” birth certificate and all that was on file was the “certificate of live birth” (which conveniently omits delivering physician, time of birth, hospital name etc…) and if that wasn’t good enough for people then they were all a bunch of fringe conspiracy theorists.

And then we were told that the long form BC was on file but was locked in a vault and would not be released. Some in the media vouched that they had even seen it and that this was a non-issue.

Then, some national polls revealed that 60%-plus of the American people didn’t believe Obama was a natural born citizen and therefore constitutionally eligible to be president.

So the purported long form birth certificate that didn’t exist for 3 years that simultaneously existed was released and we were all told by CNN and Fox alike that the issue was no longer an issue and that Obama had shut up all his firnge critics (apparently 60% plus of the American people are “fringe” whack jobs) who were distracting him from doing the People’s important work…(you know, like destroying what little remains of our country).

Well apparently the same government hacks who work at the Post Office, DMV, and TSA were put in charge of creating Obama’s long form birth certificate.
