I’m not going to heaven because…

I’m not going to heaven because of my righteousness.

I’m going to heaven because of Jesus’ righteousness He imputed to me the instant I first believed in Him.

I’m not going to heaven because of my obedience.

I’m going to heaven because of His perfect obedience.

I’m not going to heaven because I obeyed the law.

I’m going to heaven because He did.

I’m not going to heaven because I repented of all of my sins.

I’m going to heaven because He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for (me), that (I) might become the righteousness of God in Him.

I’m not going to heaven forever and cannot lose my salvation because I’m deluded that it is a “doctrine of demons.”

I’m going to heaven forever because He promised me that all I needed to do was trust in Him ALONE and that I would never be plucked out of His Father’s Hand or His hand or perish.

I’m not going to heaven based on my faithfullness.

I’m going to heaven because He is the author and finisher of my faith and promised never to leave me nor forsake me.

I’m not going to heaven because I’m good.

I’m going to heaven because He is.

I’m not going to heaven because I was water baptized.

I’m going to heaven because I heard the Gospel, believed it and was immediately sealed and baptized by the Holy Spirit INTO Jesus Christ for all eternity.

I’m not going to heaven because I pick up my cross and follow Him.

I’m going to heaven because He picked up HIS cross and shed HIS perfect sinless blood on it for me.

I’m not giong to heaven because I overcome the world based on my own works.

I’m going to heaven becase His Word promise me that I overcome the world by BELIEVING in the Son of God.

I’m not going to heaven because I gave my life to Jesus.

I’m going to heaven because He gave His life for me and I put my trust in Him alone.
